How the Network works.
To keep the cost of exposure to a minimum while obtaining local leads, the cost to participate in Concierge2go.com Broker Referral Network is $89.00 per month and an 80/20 split on any commissions earned from direct site leads
(You 80%, More Realty...Oregon, Broker 20%)
There will only be ONE broker/specialist in each market.
Example:
Portland Area/
West Linn
Lake Oswego
Beaverton
Gresham
Oregon City
Southeast
Etc.
1.Real Estate purchases and closings from visitors via Concierge2go.com will result in an 80/20 split
2. Real Estate referrals from broker to broker in other states agree to a 75/25 split or whatever both parties may agree to between themselves in writing.
Concierge2go.com is paid nothing for these inter network leads, just the $89.00 per month network member fee.
