PICKING UP PASSES
Passes must be collected from the Registration desk on day of event, located in front of Hall B at NRG Center. To pick up your passes, you must present a valid Eventbrite ticket that includes a QR code. Tickets will be avaiable at doors on event days (Limited).

PARKING
Parking is managed directly by NRG Park, not Tokyo X. All attendees must park in designated lots surrounding NRG Center. Entrance is Lot 2 and 11 will be accessible for a day of entry. NRG Parking Fee: $25 per day (subject to change by NRG Park).
PLAN TO COME EARLY: NRG Parking will increase to $50 after 3 pm due to the Metallica concert (Saturday only). ** Attendees after 3pm parking can recieve reimbursement by NRG Desk located by Tokyo X Registeration located by Hall E.
